Reedsburg man cited after bringing dead skunk to city hall

A Reedsburg man was cited for disorderly conduct after he reportedly brought a dead skunk to Reedsburg City Hall.

On Sept. 2, the Reedsburg Police Department was called about a man, identified as Kenneth G. Kruse, 60, who had brought a dead skunk into the front lobby and was yelling at a receptionist. According to the police, city staff had warned Kruse not to bring the carcass inside.
