Weston’s boys basketball team went right down the wire in their season opener but lost a tight one, 61-59, against the Wonewoc-Center Wolves on the home floor last Tuesday.
Seniors Isaac Jennings and Trevor Westphal each scored 25 points for the Silver Eagles, accounting for over 80 percent of the team’s total offensively.
