City offers sand to property owners for sidewalks

Property owners who are trying to keep their walkways clear may take advantage of an offering from the City of Reedsburg.

A large bin of sand has been placed at the Boys and Girls Club, 300 Vine St., for residents to use on their sidewalks.

Sand is an effective way to keep sidewalks safe, especially this time of year when there’s multiple instances of freezing, thawing and refreezing.
