Viking celebrates Jingle Mingle festivities

Viking’s annual Jingle Mingle is back this year.

The celebration begins Dec. 3 at Viking Liquor. Sampling will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers will start the bourbon auction at 6 p.m. Consumers must be 21 and older.

Proceeds from the event will support the Reedsburg Area Food Pantry and Outdoor Adventures for the Physically Disabled.

Family friendly activities will be offered on Dec. 4 at Viking Village Foods. Pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus will be offered from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. In the bakery area, kids can decorate a cookie. The cost is $1, which will go to the Reedsburg Area Food Pantry. Hours will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Outside, horse-drawn wagon rides will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. These are free but donations are appreciated to support the Reedsburg Area Food Pantry. Rides are sponsored by Happy Acre Farm in Lyndon Station and Viking Village. Sampling will also be offered throughout the store from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
