Sauk County Clerk’s Office begins processing passports

Sauk County residents who need passports can now seek help from the Sauk County Clerk’s Office.

Passport business is conducted by appointment only. To sign up, call 608-355-3286. Appointments are generally scheduled between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, though time may be available outside these hours.

Passport processing takes 10 to 12 weeks for routine service. Passports can be expedited for an additional fee, and they should be done in four to six weeks.
