Royal Bank provides $15,000 in COVID-19 relief

Due to economic need as a result of the pandemic, Royal Bank has provided $15,000 in support for organizations that help low-income individuals and families.
These organizations provide housing, food and other necessities for those in need. Beneficiaries include the Coulee Community Action Program (CAP), which serves Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe and Vernon counties; Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Council, which serves Iowa, Lafayette, Grant, Green and Richland Counties; and Central Wisconsin Community Action Council, which serves Adams, Columbia, Dodge, Juneau and Sauk counties.
“We’re proud to support these organizations and families across our region,” said Glenda Faull, chief banking officer at Royal Bank, in a statement. “Knowing that our neighbors and friends have a reputable and dependable resource to go to during these tough economic times is reassuring.”
“The pandemic has put people in adverse situations and gifts to these programs are needed now more than ever before,” said Dan Ravenscroft, president and CEO of Royal Ban, in a statement. “As a community bank, it is not only our responsibility, but it is our mission to help support and sustain our communities in any way we can. We’re pleased to have the opportunity to offer assistance to these critical programs.”
These donations were offered in partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBC) Targeted Impact Fund, which provides support for populations hit hardest by the pandemic.
Royal Bank has offices across central and southwestern Wisconsin, including one locally in La Valle.
