Reedsburg is nearing the end of the conference girls tennis season with the Beavers in fact looking to this weekend’s Badger Conference Tournament in Madison.
Reedsburg’s conference season in boys soccer continued this past week with a rare Friday night match at Sauk-Prairie. Sauk has been a strong program in recent seasons and they flexed their muscles against the Beavers in an 8-0 victory.
The Reedsburg Beaver volleyball team enjoyed some home cooking last week, adding to the season dual match win total with a 3-0 win over Mauston and a tight 3-2 decision over Stoughton, both at RAHS.
Reedsburg had only dual match this past week in high school girls tennis action but it was a good one as the Beavers edged the Baraboo Thunderbirds, improving to 2-1 for the Badger Small dual match schedule, with a hard-fought 4-3 decision at RAHS.
Reedsburg has won three of five conference duals early on in this high school girls golf season but one of the losses came last Thursday in Mount Horeb.
The RAHS Cross Country teams made the annual pilgrimage to Spring Green Saturday for the River Valley Invitational and took in nearly perfect running conditions.
