The Beaver boys soccer team had trouble keeping opponents off the scoreboard last week in a conference loss to McFarland, 3-0, and in a non-conference setback to Fort Atkinson by a count of 6-3 at RAHS.
Two athletes and a coach are the newest members of the Reedsburg Athletic Club Hall of Fame after the voting for the 2023 class was completed earlier this year with all three to be officially inducted at halftime of this Friday night’s football game at Millennium Field when Reedsburg hosts Tomah.
Reedsburg ran to a respectable ninth place finish among 16 teams in the Large School grouping in Saturday’s Boys Cross Country Invite at UW-Platteville, the Dick McKichan Invite.
When rivals Reedsburg and Baraboo met on the gridiron in the 2021 season, Reedsburg went to Baraboo as a clear underdog with a young team that had just one win at that point and facing a Baraboo team that was state-ranked and in contention for a conference title.

No two high school football programs in the entire state of Wisconsin have faced each other more than Reedsburg and Baraboo and the two programs will collide on the gridiron for the 136th time this Friday night at Beryl Newman Field at Baraboo High School.
