The City of Reedsburg has a proposal for the Sauk County Board regarding the Baraboo River in the area.

This week, Common Council members agreed to send a letter on the City’s behalf to the County to request a canoe landing along the river near Highway 136.

A conditional use permit has been approved for duplexes, eight plexes and a clubhouse in Reedsburg.

The development is planned at 851 Albert Avenue and 1001 Bindl Drive. The permit request was cleared during Monday night’s Common Council meeting.

The Webb Care Closet will be available during parent-teacher conferences.

Hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. March 7 and 8 to 11:30 a.m. March 8 at Webb Middle School. Appointments aren’t required. Enter the building and follow signs to be directed to the Closet.
