Wisconsin’s deer season opens Nov. 18 about 6:30 a.m., depending on where a hunter is standing ready.
Before that time, as the light begins to appear, there is time to think, as well as look at shadows too dark to fully identify.
Some of those thoughts might bump into hunter responsibilities.
