The red kettles will soon be out to collect money for Salvation Army efforts.

Volunteers are needed to be part of the local Kettle Brigade.

Ringing begins Friday, Nov. 19, and continues to Friday, Dec. 24. In Reedsburg, it will take place at Viking Village Foods and Quillin’s Quality Foods.

One-hour shifts are available between 8 a.m. and early evening. It is possible to split time slots with other volunteers.

Individuals or groups may sign up to ring bells.

Online registration is new this year. To sign up for a slot, visit wwwRegisterToRingcom. The traditional method will also be available: Call 608-524-8231 to set up a date and time. If the call is after hours, leave a message at ext. 2225.
